Presentation Outline
Featured in Dr. Norman Doidge’s book, The Brain’s Way of Healing, the Feldenkrais Method offers an effective approach to addressing habitual movement patterns that may interfere with fluid, efficient functioning. Feldenkrais lessons are structured explorations that employ gentle and unexpected actions to enhance awareness and affect change. After an hour, students typically feel revitalized, able to move with better coordination, agility and ease.

Please come with your comfortable clothing and we will practice Feldenkrais exercise to make our stiff muscles work!
