TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon
On Saturday, October 18, 2025, members of the Greater Toronto Area Dystonia Support Group will take part in the 5K Charity Challenge at the TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon to raise awareness and funds for dystonia.

Event Details – 5K Participation on October 18
- The 5K race will begin at 9:00 a.m.
- Start line: University Avenue (between Armoury St. and King St.)
- Finish line: Near Nathan Phillips Square
- Bag check is available from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Nathan Phillips Square
- Strollers are permitted for 5K participants only
Held the day before the marathon and half marathon, the Saturday 5K offers a convenient, accessible option for walkers and runners alike, with a central downtown start and finish.

This is more than just a run—it’s a moment of national visibility. With over 30,000 participants and 150,000 spectators, the TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon is one of the country’s largest public sporting events.
