YOUR PARTICIPATION MATTERS
Thank you for your support of Chuck’s Virtual Run, Walk and Wheel , and the dystonia community in Canada. Your support will help us to continue to fund research into better clinical treatments, and ultimately a cure for dystonia.
Remember, you have the entire month of June to complete the 5K – Your Way. Here are some tips for getting started:
GEAR UP
- If you've opted in for merchandise, your DMRF Canada + Chuck's Run Swag is on its way! You will receive a shipping notification shortly.
- If you would like to opt out of receiving merchandise from us and did not previously opt out during your registration, you can still do so. Please email us to let us know.
- Download your Chuck’s Virtual Run, Walk and Wheel poster here. You can print this out and walk with it or pin it to your shirt so that you can promote your participation on social media.

- Stretch and prepare to get active!

SHOW UP
Remember to let people know that they can support, you, or virtually participate too! Here’s how:
- Anytime you’re working toward your 5K goal, wear your Chuck’s Run Swag (provided and mailed out to you) or your Chuck’s Run poster pinned to your clothing
- Don’t forget to post your pictures online and tag us using #ChucksRun
