For Tribute donations, kindly indicate (in the memo part of the cheque) whether 'In memory of' or 'In honour of' and the name of the person. If you would like us to send a gift notification message to the person or family to acknowledge your thoughtful gift, kindly also include their Name, Address, City, Province, Postal code, Email, and a Message.
